Terms of Service

1. Nature of the service

Nodo & Prisma is a creative design subscription for performance marketing. We provide continuous access to an external creative team that combines artificial intelligence, performance strategy and human direction. The service is provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis, depending on the chosen plan.

2. Subscription and payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the chosen billing cycle. Annual billing includes a 10% discount off the accumulated monthly price. Current pricing is published on the Pricing section of our website. We reserve the right to adjust rates with 30 days prior notice.

3. Scope of requests

Each plan defines an approximate number of monthly requests and simultaneous active requests. A request may correspond to any creative format: ads, social media, landing pages, videos, motion, presentations, branding, email design, packaging, illustration, creative concepts, campaign assets or print.

Standard delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours for simple requests. Complex requests or those requiring extended video production are agreed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Revisions

Revisions are unlimited within the scope of the original request. If a revision implies a creative direction change significantly different from what was initially approved, it may be considered a new request.

5. Intellectual property

The client retains all rights to the final delivered and approved creative assets. Nodo & Prisma reserves the right to use deliverables for portfolio, case study or service promotion purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

The client warrants that they have the necessary rights to any material, brand, logo or reference they provide us for the execution of requests.

6. Cancellation

The client may cancel the subscription at any time from the admin panel or by notifying us via email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for already-started monthly periods. For annual plans, our Refund Policy applies.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client information as strictly confidential. We do not share business data, strategies, briefs or assets with third parties outside the assigned team.

8. Limitation of liability

Nodo & Prisma does not guarantee specific conversion, click or advertising return on investment results derived from the use of creative assets. Asset performance depends on multiple factors beyond design: targeting, media budget, product offer, market and competition.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from the service shall be resolved before the competent courts of Bogotá, Colombia.
