Refund Policy

1. Nature of the service

Nodo & Prisma operates under a creative services subscription model. By subscribing, you gain continuous access to a creative team with a defined monthly capacity according to your plan. Payment is made in advance to ensure team availability.

2. Monthly subscription cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within the paid month.

Once cancelled, you will retain access to the service until the end date of the paid period. After that date, no additional charges will be incurred.

3. Annual subscription cancellation

If you purchased an annual plan (with 10% discount), you may cancel at any time. In case of early cancellation, the refund will be calculated based on the regular undiscounted monthly price, multiplied by the unused full months, minus an administrative fee equivalent to one month of the contracted plan.

Example: if you purchased the annual Growth plan ($5,388 billed upfront) and cancel after 4 months, 5 months will be charged at the regular monthly price ($499 × 5 = $2,495) plus the administrative fee ($499), for a total of $2,994. The refund would be $5,388 − $2,994 = $2,394.

4. Unused requests

Unused requests within a billing period do not roll over and are not refunded. The monthly limit resets at the beginning of each new cycle.

5. Service quality

If you believe the service did not meet the agreed standards, we ask that you notify us during the active subscription period so we can correct it. We do not process quality claims related to already billed and consumed periods that were not reported in a timely manner.

6. Cancellation process

To cancel your subscription, you may do so from your account admin panel or by sending an email to direccioncreativa@nodoyprisma.com indicating your account name and contracted plan. Cancellations requested by email are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

7. Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Bank or payment gateway crediting times may vary.
